14 May Our Mum and Daughter Dream Team: Eleana Rose Cosmetics
This mum and daughter have teamed up to do what they love, and we are loving them! This week we’re profiling Ellie (Eleana) and Ruth from Eleana Rose Cosmetics. Based in Mickleover, Derby, Eleana Rose Cosmetics is a highly acclaimed salon providing a range of beauty treatments to their clients, including Epibrow treatments. Ellie is trained in Epibrow microblading, laser tattoo removal, digital SPMU brows and the carbon facial, and both her and her mum (who runs The Lash Pod at ERC) are trained in Hello Lashes. We’re calling them our Epibrow mum and daughter dream team for the fantastic work they’re doing!
‘Training with Epibrow for microblading is what has made my business grow from strength to strength in the past 2 years,’ says Ellie, who has over 7 years of experience in the beauty industry. ‘It was a 3 day course and I loved every minute! You always have 24/7 support from the trainers at Epibrow which means you never feel alone in your new career. I’ve recommended multiple therapists to take this course and I would most definitely say it is a game changer for anyone wanting to progress as a brow artist!’
After the success she saw in microblading, Ellie decided to invest in the Epibrow hybrid laser tattoo removal system too. Although she was a little nervous about doing the laser course because it was out of her comfort zone, her fears disappeared as soon as she walked out of her 1 day training course, with her laser. ‘I left feeling on top of the world with an amazing new skill that no one anywhere near my salon had! The girls are so friendly at Epibrow and they really do work above and beyond to put your mind at ease and to give you any information you may need. This particular training course is what really made my business stand out, offering SPMU plus being able to remove old SPMU (best decision ever!) My salon is known for carbon facials and permanent makeup removal.’
Her customers often leave her rave reviews on her Facebook page, such as a client who had permanent makeup laser removed and then beautiful microbladed brows done, which blended in with her natural brow hairs. She told Ellie ‘I can’t thank you enough, you are just the best! No words can describe how happy I am now with my new brows… I’ve gone from being totally embarrassed to absolutely loving them!’
Ellie returned to Epibrow 9 months after doing her microblading course because she wanted to take her brow career to the next level to do our Brow Machine course, training in machine hairstrokes and shading. On top of having clients travel to her salon from Zurich, Ireland, Wales and more because she offers such a unique service, she is doing 10 new sets of brows a week, meaning her business is booming. ‘My training was one-on-one which was great because I work better this way, and I never felt uneasy the whole time. It was a breeze and again I loved every second! This course is amazing for artists wanting to take their SPMU career to the next level.’
Since starting The Lash Pod in October, Ruth recently made the switch from LVL lashes to our very own Hello Lashes and she’s never been happier! Her clients have been extremely impressed with the results and the treatment has been highly in demand ever since. In fact, she did the training with Ellie after seeing amazing results on Instagram and they’re both very satisfied. Ellie says ‘I was already using a different brand of lash lift back home but was becoming disappointed with the results. The Hello Lashes lash Botox is amazing! This new lash lift service is going to take the beauty industry by storm, my lashes have never looked as good! This is why we were so pleased to be the first in our area to train. It was a one-on-one course, so informative and enjoyable all the way through.’
We are so happy to be able to offer courses that change people’s lives and make their careers fantastic. Ellie and Ruth are just one example of the countless artists in the brow industry who have benefitted from taking Epibrow courses. We hope you’ll join them soon!
